St Ives apartment less than 5 minutes walk to beach parking available

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Nichts für ältere Leute wie uns. Keine Lehnen an den Stühlen. Und auch sonst nicht so gemütlich.

Parking was easy and the beach was a short walk away. The flat was perfect for what we needed and clean and tidy.

No view. No wifi and poor telephone connection. No microwave. Couch unconfortable for 2 people relaxing.

A lovely little flat close to town and the coast path, it was warm and cozy with a really comfy bed. Parking was easy, and the biscuits much appreciated. Emily was easy to communicate with, and directions helpful.

It was a bonus having a place to park outside the flat and the parking was included in the price which is excellent news. The flat itself does not have any views but the minute you open the front door you have a fantastic view across the bay at St Ives. Easy access to Porthminster Beach although it is a very steep hill. Once down there an easy walk into St Ives and you can always come back from town via the slightly less steep main road.

The only drawback is finding Draycott Terrace where the flat is as it is a narrow steep road with no obvious street name. However, the owners do give very good instructions.

Nice compact flat with all you need, with lovely decor, very close to everything, we were able to leave the car parked up and enjoyed the weekend walking everywhere or jumped on a train,
