St Ives apartment less than 5 minutes walk to beach parking available

Really enjoyed our stay at st Ives apartment very clean, everything you need for a long weekend away 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to town parking outside the door ,definitely be back .

Near the beach,it was adequate

Could have been more space but was OK no veiw at all,attitude from the provider could have been better,communication was slow but eventually got there

Excellent location very near Porthminster Beach. The apartment was very compact but comfortable with everything you could need for a holiday. The owners were easy to contact and responded very quickly. Parking was never a problem. Because of its location, our car hardly moved at all. We were able to walk to all the parts of town. There's a good Tesco store close by. The bed was very cozy with good quality linen. All the other fittings were good quality.

Not much! The apartment is high above St Ives so nice walks downhill but a serious climb back uphill, particularly from the beach. It was clear from the information that this apartment doesn't have a sea view. On dull days it could be quite dark.

The apartment is in a good quiet location close enough to the town centre to walk and was suitable for a short stay. The added bonus was having parking. Although the apartment is compact it was functional had all facilities required. We enjoyed the decor especially the art work. Good shower too.

Towels were too small, seating was was awkwardly arranged to watch TV . No view of anything !!

This flat is a real find - brilliant location just above Porthminster beach and a short walk to the harbour. The place has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated; it feels cosy and homely. It's also absolutely immaculate. It was perfect for my young child and me for a couple of days. Easy and warm communication with the owners - they are very responsive and gave clear directions etc. Great to have parking right outside - the lane is narrow and it's not the easiest to turn around in, but there was always plenty of space available while I was staying. I loved this flat and will be booking again.

Lovely, well appointed little apartment, clean tastefully decorated. Beautiful views from front of apartment, approx 10 minute walk to town. ☺️

Parking a little tricky at times as street very narrow and some cars double parked making access more difficult although appreciate this is not the fault of the host or apartment itself.

Likes all paintings on the wall as well! Liked the view of downstairs!

The parking situation was a nightmare. As the street was really narrow, some cars parked on the only spot where you can turn around. And we could not find parking spots easily although we have the permit. But we managed.
