Fairmont Mayakoba Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

The beach front casitas are convenient, comfortable and very clean. The butler service makes getting around the property and making reservations very easy. The spa is quiet and relaxing. All of the staff are friendly and professional. We will return!

Incredible property, wonderful staff, amazing food! Expensive but worth it.

The food is spectacular - definitely splurge for the all inclusive bc the prices a la cart are very expensive. Still need to apply tip on top of the all inclusive at each meal. Rooms are very comfortable - resort staff was wonderful

This resort is boring and they attempted to put us in a bad room with no view claiming it was an upgrade. We were all inclusive but it isn’t all inclusive which isn’t discussed enough before booking. The pool was dirty. The breakfast buffet for all inclusive was closed. Having to take golf cart trams everywhere is very inconvenient and annoying. They’re full or not going in the direction you need to go. All in all, 6/10. Didn’t hate it but wouldn’t be back.

Overall pretty good experience, relaxing. Not as many activities for the kids and even though it was all inclusive, many of the kids stuff was extra. The vegetarian options were okay compared to how they described it online. There is no great app that they have like other places that tell you where things are, etc. They use OpenTable for restaurants, random website for other things. I was told that golf includes a sleeve of balls by concierge but that was not the case and we went to a few of the water aerobic classes and no instructor would show up. When asked they said they were away on vacation but did not communicate that to the guests. Lastly, for being a 5 star resort, I did not get the sense that the staff know you - always re-asking dietary restrictions, name, room number, etc.

Excellent stay with Excellent food and views

We loved this all inclusive. Beautiful clean property. On a girls trip. I've stayed many places in Mexico and I really enjoyed staying here. Food options were great. We never needed room service. Many fresh options and I am Pescatarian. The Fairmont in extremely clean and safe. Beds were a bit stiff for me. Get extra pillows...not the most comfy. But bathroom amenities were great. Nothing on patios other than chairs. No hot tub or swim out. The spa was extremely over priced (and not busy) based on other places I've stayed. So that was a disappointment. But they do offer a day pass. $99 They also have an adults only pool that we enjoyed. But the beach was the best. Lots of seating, cleaned sand, no seaweed smell or charges for seating. Best spot there!! Thanks for the lovely getaway.

We were looking for a quiet family vacation and this resort was perfect. Would recommend this resort for families with older teens. The room was beautiful and the food was amazing.
