Amazing communication with host.Gorgeous townhouse 3 storey apartment.Perfect location,very quiet considering everybody else staying around us.Wish we could of stayed longer.Would definatly stay again.

The property is stunning!!! Very modern and well maintained. As a group of women we felt really safe, there was plenty of space for us all and walking distance from new street station.

Nothing. Bad host, bad accomodation, did nothing to make it right, booking.com didn't help. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The host did not provide any information to access the property, even after multiple attempts there was no response. My family (including a four year old child) was left standing on the street for hours in the dark in the freezing cold at Christmas. The host did not reply to dozens of messages and calls throughout the day. Even customer support tried to call and email the host they did not reply to customer support. We did not receive a reply until AFTER 20:00. When I complained to booking.com the host lied and said it was because we didn't provide documents.

Lovely location 15 mins walk from city centre, safe courtyard and quiet in-spite of its location spacious and clean - will recommend and use again if in brum
