No access instructions and communication wasn’t good. The company need to answer phone if not meeting their guests personally. They seemed to be relying on an automated system to inform us!! Waited in cold for phone back re code to get in the property. Property address not complete on Booking.Com. Says unit number only. Needs property address, I.e. Number 27 Tenby Street, then Unit 3. Needs instructions for the heating and the Wi-Fi plus the password. Suggest an Information pack with information on all of the items in the property. As the listing for this property is “Luxury” we expected a Welcome Pack with at least some teabags, coffee and milk sachets. Wi-Fi intermittent and weak and insecure! Only 2 chairs and tiny table for 4/5 people. No soap in top bedroom. No bath mats. No hangers in wardrobe. Inadequate cutlery and crockery for 4-5 guests. No condiments. No mirror in bathroom. Bulb out in bedroom lamp. You should Provide spares or check beforehand. No shower gel. Fridge door hard to open due to slippage so cannot grab the side. A cafeteria and a teapot would be useful.

Bathroom door lock other way around on 1st floor! Too much light through at night and morning in downstairs bedroom.

Lovely accommodation. Spacious clean and a great location for what we was staying in Birmingham for. We had a show at Utilia Areana and wanted to visit sealife the next day. The location was walking distance to both places. Will definitely stay again! Facilities were exceptional, bathrooms lovely Two showers plus a bath! So no fighting over the shower lol! Lovely kitchen space and lounge area. Nice and quiet !
