Very nice place to stay

The place needs more pans chopping boards and cutlery. We was a family off on holiday and cooked a meal to save money but never had all the staff to make this easy not even enough forks

Quite space. Comfortable beds

Not enough hot water for five people to shower in a short time. Need to wait for the water to be heated up

Excellent accommodations for a last-minute trip to Birmingham for meetings. It was lovely, convenient and comfortable. Thank you!

Property was beautiful and clean. The location was brilliant and stunning and we were minutes walk away from some bars and restaurants and just a short taxi trip to centre. Was very easy to communicate with host ensure smooth check in and we was able to get an early check in too ! Highly recommend!

the only thing I’d say Is the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable and a duvet was provided but no bedding sheets or duvet cover but other than that everything was great

Spacious, bright, comfortable and great location.

Tv did not work only Netflix as channels weren’t tuned.

There was an odd absence of wine glasses and the door of the fridge had slipped making it difficult to open. The TV wasn't tuned and didn't tune.

The apartment was in a great location with nice restaurants and cafes close by

States in the facilities that it has tea and coffee unfortunately there were only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachet’s with no milk provided was expecting these so a little disappointed ☹️ only had 3 cups as well not good when it sleeps up to 5 people! Also not enough toilet paper 🧻 these are only Miner problems but still a little disappointing
