Charming Lincoln Cottage Family & Pet-Friendly

Great location, close to Lincoln City Centre. Clean with good facilities.

Very close to the centre, dog friendly, good sized rooms and ideal that we could park 2 cars.

The beds were very soft, but that is a personal thing. The bedrooms needed black out window coverings, especially the front bedroom, due to having lighting and zebra crossing straight outside.

The location was outstanding - so close to the centre. I liked that you could park next to the cottage.

The steepness of the stairs especially to the attic bedroom - they were literally vertical. A note in the advert would've helped as some of our party had mobility issues.

Great location in walking distance to the Cathedral. It was comfortable and cute. There was parking for two cars.

Great location for visiting the cathedral and castle. It is a lovely cottage the extension on the back is an added bonus especially on a sunny day.

Agree with other reviews. The front double bedroom needs long black out curtains due to the street lighting.

Clean, warm, well equipped and comfortable. Ample loo roll which you don't always get. Coffee and biscuits were welcomed by our family. Located near to the cathedral quarter. Out of all of the places we've stayed, all over Lincoln while our daughter has been at uni, this was the best.

I couldn't find a freezer which would have been helpful to freeze our freezer blocks for the journey home. There may have been one and I just didn't see it. The stairs up to the top floor are very steep.

Fantastic stay in Lincoln and this property has everything you need and its in a fantastic location. Very dog friendly with plenty off areas to sit and eat. Kids loved their room and the room and the top was great. Excellent tea and coffee facilities left by the hosts. Great area , couple off minutes walk to the historical part off town. Parking at rear and front off house so you don't have to worry about your car. Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing , really enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property. The location is excellent — right in the city centre and less than a five-minute walk to the cathedral area, which made everything very convenient. It was particularly nice to have private, off-street parking with direct access to the property from the rear. The house itself is well presented and comfortable, with two good bathrooms, both with showers, which worked really well for our group. The property is dog-friendly, with sofa throws provided (a thoughtful touch, although we brought our own too). There was also a lovely supply of tea and coffee on arrival, which was very welcome while we waited for our Tesco delivery.

This is not something we didn’t like, just something to keep in mind - One thing to be aware of is that the attic bedroom is accessed via a set of steep, narrow stairs, so it may not suit everyone. If you’re staying for more than a few days, it’s also worth noting that there isn’t a freezer, although this didn’t cause any issues for us.
