Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment!

Easy access, Very roomy, Panoramic view, clean apartment, Great location.

Lots of small easily rectified minor issues - no TV signal, no chopping board, no wine glasses, no large knifes, would have been helpful to mention apartment was in the Rotunda building, Also, the handbasin has some sort of issue (water drains slowly). Biggest issue was I rang the contact number as I didn't know how to get keys (my own fault as I didn't read the email on Booking.com) but nobody got back to me-AT ALL. I did eventually read the email and realise I had instructions but the owners didn't know that. If it had been a real emergency - I would have been left out in the cold!

Spacious, good facilities & great location in the city centre. Fair views & good lifts. Everything provided for self-catering, including Fridge, Hob, Microwave & utensils

Toilet sink blocked & unable to get hold of anyone to deal with it urgently. No direct tel. customer service, but only an email or answering machine facility. Plumber didn't turn up to unblock the sink-very inconvenient. Office did not respond to this or offer discounted stay for the inconvenience. Staff at the property took no responsibility for the booking or any inconvenience.

Really central location close to the bull ring and new street station and the mailbox. Nice view over the city. Big apartment and lots of space. Good kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment wasn’t clean. I found long hair in bed, bathroom and kitchen. Also the sink in the bathroom was broken as the water didn’t drain off. The mattress didn’t fit the bed that’s why it wasn’t comfy to sleep in. The worst thing was: The description said 24 hours reception. This wasn’t the case. Getting back to the building after a night out on a Friday at 2am, there was no one to open me the door. You just get the apartment key but no chip to open the main door to get into the building. I was lucky to get in after someone left the building. Otherwise I would have waited all night.
