"the location was the best… you walk out and end up right in the center of everything… Shops, restaurants, the mall, taxi"

"Nothing to shout about."

Nice view, comfortable and facilities were good.

TV had no Arial cable so couldn't watch anything. Staff called to say they wanted the keys back, despite handing them back to the designated shop. Were effectively accusing me of having stolen them. Told them to talk to the shop owner as keys were returned in PLENTY of time. Had to call them to check they had them and shop owner had walked off home with them. Didn't apologise, just read a log to say the keys were returned at 2pm (I'd dropped them in at 8am).

"poor facilities and contact"

location is good

booked for 2 nights only gave 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel 2 toilet rolls so only 1 adult can use towels for shower toilet rolls finished / tried to contact but no answer on the mobile number provided put heating on but apartment was still cold tried to contact them but no one answers duvet was thin and no extra pillows no extra blankets , called empire but nothing
