Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment!

The view is unreal . And the bath was really nice

Scratches and marks on the wall . Sofa has scratches on . The door didn't lock first time and was hard unlocking it .

Location was superb staff were friendly and yery helpful

Exceptional location and views. Excellent communication with host on check-in day who kindly arranged an early check-in. Comfortable bed. Excellent TV. Very friendly and helpful staff in the Rotunda reception. Excellent value for money.

Fridge turned off and not very clean on arrival. (We eventually located wall switches to switch it on, situated on the opposite kitchen wall behind/by the microwave.) Leaking bathroom sink. Bathroom lighting very dim. No hairdryer as advertised. (We sent a text to the host about this but got no answer.) A rather “tired” flat which needs a bit of TLC and re-decoration - it could so easily be beautiful.

Comfortable. Well equipped. Fabulous view of city at night! Perfect for stopover or to see a show.

Check out by 10am seemed a bit early. Would have liked to relax a bit more in the morning. Fob for main entrance didn't work, but luckily someone on reception usually there to let you in. Apartment itself was lovely though.

we were driving around Birmingham for nearly 90 minutes trying to locate where to pick up the keys and when we got to the apartment it had not been serviced since the last occupants had left! after a 6-hour journey and then the hassle of trying to locate the damn keys then to find that the place hadn't been cleaned was the final straw, no communication from the company who let the apartment at all, very, very disappointing!
