Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment!

I liked the giant living room and the fantastic view of city centre. The bed was super comfy. Would book again with them.

The fobe given with the key doesn’t open the front door, so basically you have to ring the bell and wait from them to let you in. My mailbox was full with basically saying the same thing from booking.com, it's a bit annoying. They could have added tea or coffee like other places.

Location is good.

Apartment was not clean enough and the bed was extremely small. Not good. Not recommended

Very spacious and felt very relaxed. Enjoyed using the sofa as they were recliners. Plenty of food places nearby and as its located city centre there were many shops to browse and see. There are two stations which the apartment is located between which I thought was very good as good and easy to travel too.

The remote control did not work and I tried contacting through booking.com but no communication from host. The bottom of the bathroom tap was leaking with water all over the floor and no mop to dry it off and lighting in the bathroom was not great. Minus the cons about the property, I would recommend all to stay here.

Sparse with no simple coffee/tea, shampoo etc The security in reception weren’t very responsive. I was stuck outside at night being harassed by a man for a while before they noticed I had been ringing the door bell to be let in.

The flat offered more than I anticipated. Great location. Floor to ceiling windows over-looking Grand Central, in the middle of the town centre. Huge open-plan living-room area, big enough to do cartwheels. It was good and has potential to be so much better

One of the two couches in the property NEEDS to be removed! I'd be surprised if a Charity shop accepted it. Really brings down the quality of the apartment. Cleanliness was an issue. Dirty pots and pans in the cupboard, the flat needs a dishwasher, and a deep clean throughout - the limescale build-up in the bathroom isn't a pretty sight.

Location perfect. View perfect. Kitchenette perfect. Spacious living room. Different lighting which was ideal. Shower just perfect. Used to apartment building so this was like home from home. Ideal for anyone wanting to tour the area. Amenities close by which is ideal. Good sleep on the bed.

Certain upgrades is needed. Bathroom sink needed unblocking water kept rising when tap was on. Blackout blinds is a must very light in colour which you could see stains on the curtains. Curtains could do with a dry clean. TV needed to be connected to an Atenna or cable no basic channels were available only youtube. Small double bed which is too small for 2 adults needs to be a standard double. Good fitted duvet cover needed for the actual duvet which wasn't fitting properly. Good quality thick mattress could make the bed look slightly higher which will give the room a comfortable feel
