Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment!

Amazing location, was easy to find and quite frankly the staff within the building were exceptional

The property was in an amazing location, a few downsides were the heating was constantly on and we couldn’t find a way to turn it off, the wifi kept cutting out and the door lock stuck, the fridge may need a new seal and the key fob to get access to the build didn’t work but apart from that it was a lovely stay

Location was fab central to everything. Room was spacious, bright & clean. Check in was easy to collect keys etc. 5 minute walk from new street station

Could be doing with new mattress. It was comfy enough however I could feel springs

No cleaning was done for the entire period of my stay. The towels were very dirty and worn out. The curtains and sofa are old and need to be replaced. The mattress is worn out and caves in when you lie on it. I had a back ache after the first night as a result of the bad mattress. It was difficult to reach the hosts on most occasions and I had to deal with 2 different people who didn't seem to be logging the requests I was making as I had to repeat myself at every call. I made an over payment of 16 Pounds on 8 December 2024 for an additional night and immediately brought it to the notice of the hosts. I was asked to send an account number for the refund but I am yet to get the refund. Every time I contact the hosts they keep on telling me that they have informed the account department. This is quite disappointing and unacceptable.

Location train station close near shops and christmas markets

We could not access this property at check in due to the host giving us an invalid pin. We tried to contact them for an hour with no response. Even no response the following day. You pick up the key from a newsagents and they said this has happened before. This meant we had to cancel through Booking.com and find another stay at short notice.

Beautiful space and was so close to the city centre. I also liked the view. Host was friendly and easy to deal with as well.
