Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment!

The apartment is in the centre, so it's not far to venture out for food, shopping etc. The size of the apartment.

The apartment was cold at night. We had to work out the heating etc. Iron board no iron No tea or coffee/milk ready to use. The front door had visible damage and make up stains from ? A previous guest. That were easily removed. Unfortunately the person next door was clearly smoking weed and it was grim walking through that to get to and from the apartment. ? Make up stains on the headboard. Doesn't take a genius to work out how that got there. The Internet gave up on us also Finally, No hot water after a 10min shower. This is what annoyed me the most. I'd started to run the bath then realised the water was tepid at best, within seconds Stone cold. Beginning of December minus 4 outside and couldn't even have a hot bath or shower. As we were in a rush to get out for the day I couldn't wait to see if it would warm up again.

The location is nice, right in the middle of the city centre

Absolutely nothing

The keys were easy to collect. The timing was a bit late for check in and early for check out. Would have appreciated an early check in or ability to leave baggage.
