Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment!

everything. it was a mess the property manager is rude we turned up to a state and had to then be told to wait 4 hours for a cleaner for them to then turn up at 10:30 pm

was clean and lovely. Also, the staff was really understanding. I arrived at Birmingham Airport an hour and the half later than scheduled, making me late to collect the key before the closing hours from the shop. But the staff was very understanding and waited for me half an hour after the closing hours to hand me the key.

Absolutely loved the location! Was extremely central to the train station, Christmas markets and shops! The room had a fantastic view and was spacious. Netflix was a bonus. Handy to have a washing machine. Easy checking in/out. Staff in the tower were friendly.

There were some minor issues with the apartment such as tap in the bathroom not having a handle and rubbish in the bin not emptied from the guests prior. The cleanliness of kitchen ware and some bedding could have been better.

The architecture of the building is stunning . The overall layout works so well . Spotlessly clean apartment, with everything you need for a break away. Perfect location, The Christmas Market a big bonus . Will 100% recommend.

Very Nice location, but unfortunatelly nothing else good about this room ....

I didn't like that i had to go in another place to pick the key for the room while it was rainning i was tired and i was carrying my baggage from the airport. When i tried to enter the room the door was jammed and when i call them to help me they told me that i will be charged if they brought someone to fix it ..... INSANE !!!! The big super tv they say, it didnt worked .... i tried to fix the channels, make updates, but nothing .... Plus the had an energy meter beside the tv that counts the amount of energy i consumed..... and when i open one panel for the heat immediatly went hing ..... crazy things ....
