Bringham's Mill Apartments Perfect for Groups Full Kitchen Gym and Free Parking

We love the location and the spacious apartment style with kitchen.

This particular trip, the apartment just seemed really beat up and not overly clean, the towels all smelled awful so we decided to wash them and when we did we realized why, the washing machine was not operable. We messaged about it and was told they would check with maintenance but I never heard back, we had to get our own towels to finish the trip.

Plumbing issues… Not supplied well with paper products & trash bags etc… Too many cigarette butts all around..

Great location. Big free parking lot. Very clean apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen, other than to put water bottles in the fridge, but it looked very well stocked. We loved the washer and dryer and the nice touch of the laundry pods. Ironing board and iron were also very much appreciated! Great communication from the owner Angel.

The shower curtains 👎🏻 It wouldn’t be a bad idea to substitute the broken blinds, and patch the holes behind the door and another one down the hall. They did not bother us, but it brings down the effect of an otherwise really nice apartment.

Very roomy. Felt newer. Liked having extra blankets, good counter space, had laundry inside the room, laundry soap provided. Loved not having carpet except for bedrooms. Liked 2 bathrooms. Safe area.

All of us could stay in the same place. Was convenient to the place we wanted to visit. Stores were close to get supplies.

Spacious

This is an apartment that does not meet the ADA standards. We were on the third floor in the elevator was broken three days before we got there and the whole week that we were there. Management was very dismissive and unhelpful. The worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Additionally, all the supplies were very limited. We were there for a week and only had a few trash bags, there were no extra trash bags for the restrooms. We were there for a week and there were only three little pots for the clothes washer. The biggest issue was that we had to handicap people with us and the room was on the third floor with no elevator! To add insult to injury, the management was very dismissive. She responded, but never did anything to help fix it. It was very disappointing and we will never stay here again. They offered a 10% discount and were very rude about it too. The email said this is all we can do. Basically, too bad I will be filing an official complaint with the state of Idaho because the building is out of compliance with ADA regulations.
