Your Perfect Getaway with Hot Tub

Absolutely disgraced with our experience at this property. I have never had an experience like it. To walk into full, over-flowing bins, dirty pots in the sink, thick layers of dust, grimey showers, an un-clean hot tub and most sincere of all a fire alarm with NO battery, we are disgusted and extremely cross. Upon our arrival, we had no other option other than to sleep in our car the night before travelling, with the small children, you can imagine the stress this caused. There were fixtures hanging from the ceiling, huge cobwebs and contact is completely minimal. If you want to get through to anyone you have to call, messages aren’t responded to on the app and when sharing concerns with the owner, we had a grand reply of…what is it you are looking for? I can only attach four photos but avoid at all costs, we have never had to put in a complaint but the price that this property are charging in comparison to the property, is disgusting.

The hot tub was lovely. The bathtub was great. Lots of space.

The dishwasher had dirty dishes & wouldn't work. No soap. Missing lightbulbs. The bed on the floor was challenging & not very comfortable . No wifi either

Beautiful property, amazing location, took us 8 minutes to get to Manchester airport! Good amenities, spacious rooms.

Had zero communication, I was lucky I arrived an hour before check in time of 4pm as there were some really nice guys there getting it prepped for our stay that showed us how to work the heating, told us how to actually access the property and let us know where we could go locally whilst we waited for check in. There were no instructions left inside for heating/wifi etc which would have been helpful.

This place could do with a deep clean ...I had to clean the shower before I could use it mold scum shampoo limescale.longe floor was black with dirt couldn't take shoes off cupboards in kitchen greedy and stained hot tub unusable due to dirty and no cleaning products left just empty tubs garden needs tidying.tried to contact owner by message and email with no reply.i wouldn't recommend this property to my dog we only used lounge 1 bedroom n 1 shower as other rooms I'd not cleaned

Papery was nice but well worn

I was not provided with the key box code or WI-FI code despite asking numerous times both the host and booking.com. Luckily the cleaners were there when we arrived who helped us. How was I supposed to gain entrance to the premises and still nothing back from host or booking.com

The set up was good but unfortunately the hot tub that was displayed in the pic wasn't even turned on so we didn't get to use it and for us personally that was the point of staying there.also the TV in the bedrooms didn't work. I also rang and left messages and no contact what so ever.
