The room itself is good. It has airconditioning and the hotel has an elivator which other hotels we stayed in didn't have, or atleast not functional. These are the only plus point of the hotel.

There basic facilities are not working, like intercom in rooms, absence of ceiling fans in sitting area and also absence of buffet and breakfast mealplans (which they usually supposedly offer) because of low occupancy rate according to them. When you finally arrive at the hotel after a long trip you have to arrange food yourself, they offer nothing, neither do they arrange anything for you. I am sure there are better hotels around with atleast basic facilities in the same price range and access to food within the hotel or atleast some arrangement instead of customers having to go out to find something to eat themselves.

29 July we lived there at family suite . It was exceptional and full value of money. But yesterday we stayed here and book through booking.com. it was very bad experience because it's just look like below than 2 star.

Room atmosphere. Rooms furniture, curtains blankets and every thing. Placing of furniture isn't good. It's just like some rooms are good rating. And other are below 2 star

It was a really good experience and I had fun with my family.The staff was nice and easy to approach. The room cleanliness was on point.Overall it was a nice trip Throughout my visit, Mr. Waqas has always been helpful. I hope to visit them again soon. Highly recommended!!!!

Smile bad in blanket very bad experience

I booked a room through Booking.com. When I arrived at the reception, they asked me for extra money. After a long discussion, they gave me a miserable room with no towel, a malfunctioning AC, and a leaking ceiling. The reception guy told me to cancel the booking on Booking.com to save tax. Overall, the experience was very bad.
