Hotel is only good in location that river. Sawat flows in front . And food outlets are nearby

AC was not working as it was above 35 that day. Towel was not provided in room and for service intercom was not even working. In morning there was. Nobody on help desk for our check out even the gate. Was closed , for our car to come inside and pick luggage. Lift was closed in morning. My husband wake up staff at 6:30 am to pick luggage and open the gate as gatekeeper was also sleeping Pillows bed sheets were badly stained. How I spend one night , God. Knows. We left swat next morning and shortened our trip Asif that is the condition of Swat Hilton , what other would offer? Highly disappointed.

Their junior staff is excellent and very active. They handle everything promptly with just one call.

During the summer, the air conditioning in the room doesn't work properly. When the AC is turned on, it shuts off automatically after a short time, as if someone had turned off the circuit breaker.
