Staff out of the world ,every one of the staff member helped us above and beyond their limits. Waqas. Very helpful but i thing he doesn't have power to make Decision. Waqas thank you. Waqas. İ found my Trimmer thank you for looking for it. Location good, Government is building walkway on the river right in from of Hotel which is good to have cup of tea in the evening on the river Banks. Good restaurants close by Go out of the hotel turn left 5 mnt walk best restaurant of swat (Hujra) 10 mnt walk (relax) and few more . Lots of Parking have Elevator.

After Changing 2 rooms got the Better room need to maintain Rooms better. Few things didn't work on complaining they were fixed. They ask us to lv day early because they book for big group. Hotel offer us to move to different Hotel which was not convenient for us we are 75 and 70 years old. They charge us extra for early check in we checked in 7:30 or 8:00 they shouldn't . i ask them to consider not to charge because on my booking says early check-in 7AM. İ see our reservations was change check out from 10 to 9 June i didn't do it Hotel did it because they book for big group which should be noted. Everyone was saying we will talk to Manager about early checking charge but nothing happen.

The property was on the main by pass and near to many restaurants. Its a value for many place with all the facilities including AC, Fridge, Tv and most important clean restrooms. Lobby is quite beautiful designed with comfy sofas. Staff response was exceptional. Thankyou Waqas bhai.
