Luxurious Apartments - In Cardiff

The apartment was lovely and clean and very modern. The location was perfect.

There wasn't anything to not like.

Parking facilities.

Very well decorated and modern

The front door kept being left open by other people in the flats which was a concern to us for safety especially as safety was something specifically mentioned in the profile. The Bathroom was tiny and very awkward to use. Shower would not stay on so was potentially faulty. The tv remote, even with brand new batteries put in did not work so I had to download an app on my phone to control it. Either that or wait an hour for someone to come out and look at it. Mattress was very cheap and uncomfortable. The towels provided had a nasty odour like they were not clean. Lastly the property was directly across the road from a cemetery which stopped my partner from relaxing. Overall I expected better given the name of the property

Collecting the keys was easy and it’s not too far from the town centre and other local shops

Firstly, it’s opposite a grave yard. A fact I can understand why they choose to not highlight but it’s extremely eerie.The wifi was inconsistent at best and was mostly non-functional the duration of our stay. The apartment had a very surface level clean before we arrived and it was easy to tell from random fluff and hair. There was no dustpan to maintain cleanliness so if you’re planning on staying for more than a couple of days bring your own cleaning equipment. The bins outside were filled to the brim and were a major eyesore. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience but certain elements were lacking.

We only needed the place for an overnight stay but it was perfect for what I needed. Clean, and with a very high standard of finish. Gaining access to building was easy, the owner/management where easy to contact via the app and responded super quick. The apartment was very comfortable. We managed to leave an item at the apartment when we checked out They got in touch with me and was very helpful in getting it back to me.

Very minor but the bathroom was a little small for me, but not a major issue. Could do with a larger dressing mirror in the main bedroom.

I liked the overall look of the flat. Good use of space.

The people downstairs were smoking weed. I told the owber and all they did was message them asking them not to the hallway stunk of weed and i have a baby. Not handled well at all.... The toilet was constantly leaking in the toilet itself something had gone in it. The fridge even though we tried to get it cooler wouldn't stay cold and we had to buy batteries for the tv. The sofa bed wasnt cleaned fully when you pulled it down it had crap all on it and the window by the door wasnt put in properly so it kept whistling as the air kept going through it.

Property was all clean with all equipments inside

Never mentioned that it’s just facing the cemetery.Front view is the big cemetery.No other view .First thing you open the window all you can see is the cemetery This was never mentioned in the advertisement.If it was mentioned we would have not booked this Day time parking is too difficult-it says free parking-tbh it’s a street parking
