Everything, decor, design , functional,and absolutely comfortable, it was a delight to come home to and whenever we are in the area on business will be looking to stay here.

Easy walking distance into Ripon. Fans provided. Beautiful house and garden

You have to be quite fit to manage stairs with suitcases. Outside table and chairs would be good

"It was lovely to revisit old haunts ."

Lovely setting .. my old hall of residence when I was a student at the college 1975-1979. Well presented and maintained property. Fully equipped with a comfortable bed and quality bedding . Good parking and an easy walk into Ripon.

The lift to the top floor wasn’t working. There are two flights of stairs which we managed but might be difficult for those with mobility issues . Should be mentioned in the property details .

We had a beautiful 3 night stay, the building itself was beautiful before you even reach your room. The room was absolutely perfect everything we expected and more it was stylish and comfortable. The location is perfect for a walk into ripon centre. Thanks for a lovely stay we will be back!

Location, parking, apartment excellent.

Lift wasn't working and we were on the 2nd floor. Plus having to pay the £150 security deposit of £150 6 weeks before.
