Lovely location, quiet and leafy but easy access to the city

Apartment was stunning & very clean

There was a smell on entering the building that smelt like sewage, there was also no lift as it was broken & it meant we had to walk up 54 steps to get to the apartment, not very pleasant for 2 X 67 Yr old s, once inside the apartment the smell was still evident. We ended up leaving a day early as it was making us both feel ill.

Spacious, stylish, warm, safe, attractive building, ample parking, quiet, easy walk into Ripon. Communication was also very good and entry to the property spot on.

Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but then I am a woman of a certain age so don’t sleep as well as I used to! An extra door key would have been good.

location was close to Ripon & a nice walk in. The apartment was beautifully presented in picturesque grounds. It was very well equipped & cosy.

Nothing to dislike.

Location, cleanliness , character , comfortable bed. The keep for stairs!

No chopping boards , blunt knives , lack of bin bags , only 1 toilet roll .

location was good. Quiet. about 1 minute walk from centre of Ripon

used the stairs as the lift was not very good. took ages to go up 2 floors and doors didnt open very well. if you have a lift phobia definitely use the stairs.
