It was in the middle of Bakewell but it was very quiet nice garden to sit out in

Perfect location, right in the heat of bakewell, clean comfty rooms, our second visit, looking forward to our next stay. Breakfast at avenue house is perfect and the lady is very humble xx

Could do with a luxury shower gel and shampoo on the wall to use

Excellent location, lovely room in great surroundings, comfy bed with lovely quilt and pillows, breakfast included at close by B&B, owners brilliant and very helpful and a big bonus free parking

Excellence stay at The Tannery house parking was included which was a real bonus could not check in until 3 p.m but could park the car from 12:00 noon which was great. room was lovely bed very comfortable it was just a three-minute walk to Avenue house where we had the most wonderful breakfast served by Alison who was an absolutely fabulous host will definitely stay there again Sandra

Nothing everything perfect

Location was excellent and very central. Breakfast was very tasty and perfectly good portions. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Needed to manually turn the radiator on and off and when on, it was too hot to touch. That wasn't a problem, but when needing to turn the radiator off, we had to reach down a bit awkwardly over a bedside locker and had to be careful not to touch it. Various cobwebs over the bed so it felt a bit pricy for the condition.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed situated in a beautiful garden

Bathroom was a bit smelly and a lot of mould. No toiletries, apart from hand soap
