Oceanside, Modern Gem in Seapoint

The location is fine and very central and located in a safe and reliable neighbourhood

1. No Teas or sugar on site they just gave us 1 pack of coffee beans 2. The bed is uncomfortable the mattress makes annoying sounds when you move so you cannot sleep properly especially when you turn during the night 3. Was given the wrong wifi password and had no wifi for the whole day until day 2 4. The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and they only sent an apology email after I had already made a call about the place being untidy 5 No air conditioning 6 No extension cables in the sitting room all plugs are in front you cannot use laptops with short chargers

Loved how close it was to everything. Felt super safe staying there alone.

The property was good, beautiful and modern! BUT the Soughted property management was horrible! Do not take property from them as you will regret it !we struggled with the drainage system! Reported it multiple times and nothing! The shower was flooding! And nothing was done which caused the shower to be dirty!

The cleaning arrangement is horrible! How do you clean only after 8 days? We were there for 14 days, requested towels and nothing! And requested cleaning and were told they will come on the 2nd, nothing ! We had to call over and over just to get clean towels and the apartment cleaned! The other properties were getting cleaning every two days and nothing!!! No fan or Aircon! It’s was hot !

Communication before my arrival was clear and security was on point. The room was very clean and the stuff in the building were very friendly. Love the fact that it close to most shops and the CT stadium (Sanlam marathon start point)

The view was not ok, maybe due to construction across the road.

The apartment itself is very nice, well presented and clean. The reception and security staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The noise from the construction site across the road was intolerable. Heavy plant vehicles started to arrive on the street below from 5.30 am. From that point on beep, beep, beep as they move into position. Construction workers arrive at 6.00 am and shout loudly in the street. The constant rumble of cranes and cement mixers throughout the day was unbearable. There were people riding on the cranes and looking through the widows at first floor level. This work has clearly not just started but there was no mention of it in your property description. I think this is deceitful. You are clearly overcharging for this property whilst this work is going on and I think it will go on for years yet. Anyone reading this; avoid all apartments on the Wisbeach Road side of the building!
