Crown Beach Villas -Private Beach

Location was good.

Staff / service terrible . Accommodation extremely dated

Me gustó la ubicación. La habitación y cama era cómoda. Es verdad que el exterior no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. En un principio yo pagué una villa deluxe con playa privada, me dieron una habitación con una hormigonera delante donde estaban trabajando, de playa privada nada en esa zona. Además, tenia que tomar el desayuno en otra zona.Antes de firmar quise ver la habitación y cuando la vi, dije que no se parecía a las fotos. Me dijeron que esa noche me quedaba ahí pero que al otro día me cambiaban a otra, y así fue. El hotel está bien, el problema está en que tu te haces unas expectativas con las fotos que luego no son. La habitación estaba bien, grande, cómoda, pero las zonas comunes estaban un poco dejadas, y suciedad que no quitaban aunque lo vieran. Si volviera a ir no pagaría más por la villa, ya que es lo mismo que alojarte en una habitación con balcón y además me costó 100 eur más. El desayuno del primer día fue buffet y los demás días nos lo prepararon. Las excursiones que nos ofrecieron estuvieron bien, las cogimos con ellos porque decían que nos dejaban buen precio,pero una de ellas la vimos mucho más barata en otros sitios de la isla. Los hoteles que hay alrededor de la isla tienen mejor presencia y son más baratos que este. Cosas buenas, que puedes ver un buen atardecer. El personal al final se portó bien, ya que el último día al tener la opción del checkout más tarde, nos dejo una habitación libre para estar, ya que la nuestra estaba ocupada ese día. Desde mi punto de vista y como crítica constructiva, pienso que tienen una joya de isla, pero no lo cuidan suficiente, si se cae una botella ahí podía estar el día entero, había botellas que quitábamos nosotros de otras personas. Es una isla preciosa y auténtica y volvería a la misma, pero no a ese hotel, me sabe mal por el personal porque se porto bien. Pero sinceramente veo una mala organización y no pasaría nada por renovar las fotos y poner las fotos reales.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Limited English Place was clean and tidy Anything we asked for we were supplied Bedding lovely and clean , rooms cleaned when ever you requested , not just on set days

No beach , pictures are years out of date, But nice beach other side of island Rooms nice and clean , but little touches needed to upgrade Shower clean but taps and shower head rusty, need renewing Just little things needed to upgrade to make it better , New toaster needed as only cook 1 side , and 2 out of 4 slots working , but was OK once you knew how to use it

Breakfast was good and tasty

1. Staff mentioned that breakfast will be packed and sent to us on the last day of departure but we didnt receive anything. 2. when ask to make the room, the soap was not replenished and the towels were not changed either. 3. when ask for details of activities didnt respond too.

There is not privat beach more than 10 years, so they need upgrade photos. Room without sea view was very small window and view on the wall, so dark room.

Very helpfull personel, nice part od the beach, although there was obviously a storm recently, so the beachfront is damaged. The on-site store is well stocked and their resturant is good compared to others on the Island. Also their beach is very private, and you can also find shade under the palmtrees through the whole day.
