Location and was quite.

No hand wash clothes.

Black mold everywhere. Broken windows, unhelpful staff.

The bedroom was comfortable but no ceiling lights only bedside lighting. But overall if you just need a place to stay for the night or to sleep it's a comfortable place to stay.

The kitchen and amenities in the kitchen could have been a lot better. There was also falling fixes and swollen wood in the bathroom, I guess expected in Florida, but for the price it was, I expected it should have been better than it was

Location is good, nice neighborhood

Ground floor room wasn’t the best, poorly equipped, bathroom needs to be redone, front door seems very easy to break, no lock to bathroom window, somebody could very easily break in (unsafe), lock to enter the room doesn’t work properly!

the listing showed $75/night, but I was charged $190 with tax. I questioned the host, but they did not respond about my question. There was no acknowledgement about my specific question.

Cozy and nicely furnished

We were unable to open the windows for fresh air. The area under the AC unit was a real eyesore in such a nice studio. Much attention is needed in that area

The place is cute, and in a nice location.

The detergent used on bedding and towels was very fragrant and I'm sensitive to detergents like that, it made me wheezy and I struggled to sleep the first night.

The location was great.

The code I was given was incorrect. I called, and was different code but still had trouble getting in until I risked breaking the glass. Once in, the door wouldn't close. I complained and was told to send videos to them to forward to Operations, but no one came to fix it in 5 days. Also, none of the lights worked in the bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen flooded twice.
