The property is not good, and the location is very bad. The hygiene, services, facilities, cleanliness is awful. Very poor property and not worth to be on your list. Get it off your listing.

Shabby property not cleaned AC not working

The property location is good but the approach road is extremely broken and would have resulted in an accident. One of the rooms were dirty and the bathroom fittings were not working in 2nd floor. So I was shifted to 3rd floor

In the break fast provided only vada, Coconut Chutney and Tea were OK. I shall not say it is good or excellent but it is ok to have. The wifi is really excellent with good browsing speed. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean.

The breakfast they are providing is just for name shake. They just provide Idly additionally they provided vada for 2 days 1 day we got bonda and 1 day oothapam. Nothing tasted good except three items vada, coconut chutney and the tea. If you ask me to rate the taste and quality of the breakfast provided in a sacle of 1 to 5, I will rate as just 1. And also even for a double room were they accommodated 2 guests they just provided 1 complimentary bottle per day they don't even consider the second guest they simply say 1 room 1 bottle. They just billed extra for the second bottle. We booked for 2 separate beds in a double room but the guy at reception claim that they do not have it and they have only single king size bed. Since we booked through Treebo he told us to call and ask Treebo. But we feel this is not the way to treat the guest he did had any sense of responsibility to answer us. Right from the day1 we entered the hotel the reception guy was more interested in collecting the balance amount rather than providing customer service. They do not even have room service to get us a cup of tea in the morning he ask us to go out and have it. And location is also not that good for food and shopping. We just selected this hotel for close proximity to Hitex Trade Center. Even though I had mentioned a few positive points not likely to recommend or come back again.

Premium location. Clean Rooms & bathroom. Good staff

The treatment by the reception was not good. Hotel charged all the payment in advance at the time of check in as the customer is going to runaway.
