Once checked in, Staff/Srikant was courteous.. Whoever took the call at reception while, i was in the train on 28 night, it was horrible experience talking to them

Staff wanted me to pay 600 + GST for checking in late. It was very very painful to get them to agree that my train was late by 6 hour's & it was impossible for me to land in Hyderabad
