Prompt response and helpfulness from the staff

Not worth to the money. No cleanliness, washroom taps are broken. Worst room maintenance. They claim that they have a hotel, but that is very worst, they just have a single room as kitchen, which is worst maintained.

Location

Had stayed in 502 room. Remote was not working for AC and there is no cooling at all. Waste of money for AC room. TV sound system is noisy and bad. Water clogging in the bathroom is worst.

Enough space room for couple

Cockroaches in room - Rooms not cleaned every day, - limited option for breakfast(not even bread). - Heater was not working, even we reported no resolution.
