Everything should be better for Booking.com need to be reviewed from Booking.com again as it’s not a very nice place to stay and the lady on the phone was horrible on the phone

I booked a room to only get told that there was no room when I get there

Stinky sweat filled bed that was broke no toilet roll dirty floor

I couldn’t sleep, the bed had a hole in it, the bed spread were torn, I was moved to another property, on getting there, there was no electricity. The window couldn’t be closed because it was broken. I had to have a shower with cold water because the light tipped off while in the bathroom

Never got in property the owner scammed me out of my money.

Never got in propery thiese are scammers.i had to go to a premier inn ended more out of pocket cost me alot of money do not use these are scammers

My bed was broken and I ask the lady to change that or move me to the other. She responded that she will send someone tomorrow. I won't be able to sleep properly so I left earlier. Horrible experience that was.

Absolutely nothing

I arrived to a property that looked like it had been completely abandoned. I have taken videos and submitted this to environmental health and the Local council because I am gobsmacked. Every single room was filthy, full of rubbish and completely abandoned. My “bedroom” consisted of a broken bed that had been slept in, dirty sheets and unmade. Tampons and rubbish scattered all over the floor. Avoid at all cost, absolutely vile! Wish I could upload videos to this review
