Location , ideal for the Hippodrome ! Clean and comfortable . Soap and shower wash provided plus coffee and tea

There were a lot of emails and online forms to fill in before our stay which were a little confusing for someone who is not a techie ! . I was earlier than expected to check in however I phoned and gave half an hour warning as requested . I was told someone would meet me at the property when I got there which was more than half an hour as taxi got stuck in traffic - it was nearly an hour later ; member of staff who was in the building kept me waiting for just over 20 minutes standing outside on the my own on a very hot day . I felt very uncomfortable. There was only one wine glass so there is a need to restock those . ( there were a couple of corkscrews so they were expecting a need 😂) it was excellent value however .

Distance and locating it Clean rooms

The host on WhatsApp was dishonest and unprofessional. He threatened to cancel our reservation without a refund if we didn’t pay a deposit — something that was not mentioned in the Booking.com listing. He also refused to show us how to operate the bathroom heating and claimed it wasn’t working. Additionally, the noise from the street at night was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also unbalanced and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this property based on my experience.

Excellent location surrounded by restaurants & cafe's, shopping centre and train station just a 5 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and clean with all amenities, bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Our host was always quick to answer and very helpful
