Great communication, clean and a brilliant location.

Very noisy on the street both nights (Weekend) constant shouting and horns beeping. Take ear plugs!

The location was great for being in the city centre. Loved the christmas lights and market which was very close by.I agree with comments that it isn't as good as the photos but for the price, and for a night or two, it was very good as a place to stay. It was clean and tidy, which l liked. Good kitchen facilities, comfy sofa and smart TV for the evening. Beds were comfortable , could do with more pillows? WhatsApp communication was helpful for confirming details and arrival times, and l always got a speedy response to my questions. Would recommend .

The booking process felt heavy, particularly requesting photo ID. Never had this before when booking? Not sure why? I also confirmed arrival times on the booking twice and still got asked via WhatsApp so wasn't sure how much information was being passed to the meet and greet person?

Location

First impression the building was dirty. Booked for 5 guests but we're only given 3 towels

The check-in process was very easy and I was met at the agreed time. Messages exchanged through WhatsApp to agree the time of arrival and supported with any questions I had throughout the stay. We needed an additional car parking space which was easily arranged and agreed. Property met the standards expected and came with all amenities for the stay. More than met the needs of the stay for the weekend.

We liked the fact it was close to most things

There wasn’t enough pillows for four people stay in bed here. When I asked for more pillows, the reply was that we had to take pillows from the existing beds. Meaning we didn’t have 2 pillows each. The sofa bed was dirty and had to clean the hairs/rubbish off the bed. We weren’t aware of the £150 deposit either, after paying the full amount to stay here, we then had to pay another £150 which was taken out and apparently refunded in 10 days… my friend after 6 days still hasn’t received that payment back in her bank account. This has caused some anxiety and worry after leaving the building. We are still waiting for the deposit back. Also, it was so hot in every room. Even the fans provided were not efficient enough. I wouldn’t book again.
