Apartment very clean and roomy. Host was prompt and helpful. Location was perfect for our itinerary

Beds were strangely nosy if you move whilst sleeping but that's a minor point.

Very quick customer service, and when I realised 3 days later that I left my designer shirt, they not only had a lost and found department - but arranged to have it returned on the same day. Nothing but praises to the team and would stay again.

The apartment itself was spacious and clean.

The quality of the building, the hallways, and the surrounding area were very low. It is all scratched, stained old and worn out. The entrance to the property is difficult to find as it is just a random door placed between restaurants and other establishments, and the main lights are coloured LED lights instead of basic light bulbs.
