Inners City Apartments -On Suites

Apartment was clean. Great location. Close to station, shopping centre, shops and surrounded by clubs, bars and restaurants.

Apartment did not look as nice as the pictures. In fact it is different. Furniture is old and worn. Apartment needs some maintenance and a bit of a face lift. The building the apartment is in is dirty and full of students. Cigarette butts and spliff ends on the floor when you walk in and carpets and walls in communal areas were filthy. On day 2 of our stay both lifts broke down and we had to take the stairs with a 9 month old, a 2 year old and 2 buggies to the 4th floor. We also had to pay a £200 damage deposit on arrival which is not mentioned at the time of booking. Great for young friends just looking for somewhere to sleep at night but we definitely will not be staying again.

Very nice apartment in a central location, nightlife and restaurants galore! 5 to 10 mins to Birmingham New Street and the coach station. Clean and the room sizes did not disappoint. Iron and ironing board was a nice touch, as was the smart TV. Very friendly and helpful check-in staff.

Small things, but we only had 1 towel between the 2 of us in the shared master bedroom. It would also be nice to have kitchen roll. Going by the rest of our experience, these must have just been oversights during our stay

Amazing location. Helpful staff. Good layout and spacious, comfortable apartment. Brilliant value for money compared to a hotel.

We had no water in the morning from taps or toilets. We were told there was a local problem with the water supply. More pillows would be good.

It was not as advertised on booking.com . Although it was clean , it was not very modern , and pictures were not the same as apartment.

Pictures and the apartment did not match. It did not meet my expectations. Location was good.
