The Vine Hotel Chapel st Leonards

Didn’t have breakfast.

Pillows were flat and lumpy. Didn’t replenish tea and coffee etc. Noise went on to late at night. Got locked in on the first morning for 20 mins because the door was jammed. Just as well there was not a fire.

Very comfortable staff were lovely room served our stay

TV left on bed not fixed to wall Not acceptable

No breakfast option Wanted 2 keys to room as we were at separate functions on the 1st night... told this wasn't an option which is ridiculous

The room smelt of pure sewerage. It was vile!

Staff was very helpful to accommodate us. With our needs, as the first room it didn't meet what i booked as a deluxe , i received a standard room which was lovely but bed was to small , I booked and paid for a deluxe toom as we needed a large bed, the next room was much bigger and better the lady was very friendly ,and helpful gave us a fan love that thank you . We enjoyed the daytime music /entertainment

Fire alarm going off at eight o'clock in the morning, which wakes us up due to works being done. after we went back to our room, the drilling started uo again it was very loud i think it could have waited until after checkout time

Room was lovely and clean.

The staff are not helpful at all and quite rude
