Large studio flat B near Heathrow

Really disappointed in the cleanliness and the quality of this property. There is limescale though the shower and sink, horrible smells coming from drainage, and the cooking facilities are in grimy condition. The bedding didn't seem clean as there was hair, various crumbs and stains on the bedding. The bed was also very thin and would have been horrid to sleep on. Might not as well have walls you could hear everything next door to a pin drop. We had left the property at 10pm at night, within the hour of arriving From our flight, to try find other accommodation because we are so disappointed in this property. Unfortunately I didn't think to take photos before leaving the property, but there are other reviews with pictures that I wish id seen before booking. Tried contacting the property the next day, asked for 50% refund and had no response.

Perfect for an early morning flight out of Heathrow, short walk to Hatton Cross Tube station to catch first train at 5 am. Clean, functional kitchenette. Good hot water. Washing machine with drying function, handy for doing a load!

It is across the street from the Duke of Wellington pub - took longer to find because Google Maps doesn’t take you to the correct location based on the address. The entry door had no covering for the glass window so we had to drape a towel over the door for privacy. Could hear the quiet rumble of planes taking off and also the next door residents’ phone notifications beeping. Could feel the springs through the mattress, but okay for a night. Wi-Fi was strongest at the door but not all over the room.

Too soft bed, parking area unmade & debris in way of 4 cars parking. Heat...couldn't cool the place

The bathroom; the washer having a surprising dryer; the location; the discretion of accessing the property; all facilities in the kitchen; the suggestion to plan a trip to Paris 👌

For 2 nights we had very noisy neighbours, talking very loudly. The transparence of the front door 😊. The bed may need a topper matress.

I thought the general cleanliness was great and the facilities within the apartment were exactly as expected. The location was perfect for reaching Hatton Cross station and the private parking was super helpful to have!

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and parchment paper had been used to cover up the window on the door - would have given off a much better feel to the apartment if there had of been something a bit better to cover the window (blinds, curtain, whatever) and if the bed had been more comfortable

The bed is very lumpy and uncomfortable. A new good quality one and I would have rated a 10. Noisy when people are in the next suite beside. Can hear everything being said or done

Easy to find good location for the airport,was generally clean and tidy.

Very disappointed only one towl for two people, the mattress was very uncomfortable and one very flat uncomfortable pillow each would suggest the person renting out the property has a stay to see for themselves. Also it would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge as couldn't have a drink, would also suggest that the sugar is not a big bag how long had it been there?? Would not recommend the property.

The property is very close to Hatton Cross underground station.

There was no mirror fixed on the wall in the bathroom, there was no light (just the wires) above where the mirror should have been fixed.
