Large studio flat B near Heathrow

Great location if seeking to stay near the airport. Access instructions were clear and easy.

The apartment door wouldn’t lock with the key. It was so scary falling asleep. No standing mirror. Need to update the bed linings Was a bit noisy due to proximity to the airport (understandable)

Size of room and closeness to both underground and airport.

On arrival found the room in an unacceptable condition. Bedsheets unchanged, dirty, with hair on sheets and pillows from previous occupants. Floors filthy. Kitchen dirty with packets of old food in cupboards. Stove filthy. Fridge dirty. Dish towels dirty, one lying on floor between washing machine and kit hen cupboard. Bathroom dirty and visibly unhygienic. Entrance to accommodation strewn with litter. On contacting Property Management agent was asked to send photos which I did. Totally astounded at his reply, intimating that we had not paid for £300 accommodation and that the room was acceptable for the price!! Asked for sheets for the night. Was told cleaning would be arranged the next morning! Tried to find alternative accommodation, but due to it being past midnight, I had no alternative to stay. Removed all bedding and slept on mattress using own clothing as cover. Blinds for window missing so had to cover with a towel. Of greater concern is the fact that there is a video security camera pointed directly at the doors of the accommodation providing no privacy. Is this even legal? The room was cleaned the following day to an acceptable standard. Based on the trauma and distress this caused my wife I am asking Booking.com to consider a full refund. the bed was really horrible

Good location for where we wanted to be.

Unfortunately the main window had no curtains or blind so we had to drape a sheet for privacy which was difficult to do. The mattress was too uncomfortable and definitely needs changing. The toilet and bathroom area had slight stagnant water smell and the towel provided was still damp as if it had been used by somebody prior to arrival. Relatively clean overall but a bit tired and in need a f a bit of TLC.

Only 1 thin towel, dirty, left rolled up on the bed. Towel was wet. Wafer thin mattress on bed, Total of 2 very thin pillows. Shower had no screen, no squeegie so water drenched whole bathroom floor after showering and remained for duration of stay. Lighting fixtures rusty. Crockery & cutlery needed washing before they could be used. Mini oven very old and dirty. Mirror in bathroom hanging off towel rail. Unconnected electrical cable sticking out of wall above bathroom sink.

Convenient location to the airport

We got this room because it was close to the airport. We arrived late at night and it was hard to find the place since there were no visible door numbers, we had to look for house number on the garbage cans. Google Maps also failed us. As to the room itself, the bed had some springs and dip and not very uncomfortable. The bed sheets had some stains and didn’t look clean so we laid another sheet over it. Pillows were flat. The towels were still damp when we arrived. Wanted to use the hot water kettle but when i looked inside it looked dirty. Overall would not stay again.

It was certainly clean and spacious. The hot water went off but was fixed extremely quickly, excellent response. I did miss a mirror....not that I spend hours admiring myself but it caused difficulty in shaving and getting ready as I was also wearing a tie. A mirror is a must. I missed a TV too. Otherwise very good.

Perfect for early morning flight from Heathrow - bus/tube 10 min walk away. Great value for money.

Not very clean - particularly kitchen but we were not planning on using it anyhow.

Location and parking is excellent. Feels very secure. The property has everything one needs.

Hairs from previous guest in the bathroom sink. The party wall to the next apartment has zero sound proofing which meant I could hear everything. They woke me up at 5:30am with their talking.
