I could not open to lock to my door, I had to get help. I was not strong enough. if that could be easier.

One of two Towels supplied was damped. No TV was provided although not essential The entrance door to the flat has taped brown paper instead of proper blind or curtain! Washing machine /tumble dryer was on. Little unbacking mirror in shower room was crackedtt5

"Disappointed with the inconveniences from the next room"

It’s clean property.

We had an early morning flight, the couples next door didn’t allow us sleep all through the night. The sex noise was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. This made our journey miserable the next day.

Location was excellent for airport . Everything we needed

Curtain/blind at door would have been nice , rather than paper stuck on. Few new hints with price still on. Lamp with no bulb

Location is very handy for Heathrow and was surprisingly quiet.

It could use another towel when a couple is staying, one was provided. Probably the possibility of an extra pillow or bolster would be good.
