If you have a small child in a pushchair this would be no good as there’s lots of stairs to go up. Holes in doors hole in the living room wall the toilet seat doesn’t even fit the toilet so slides to one side wouldn’t say it was lavish by no means

The toilet was broken and there was no toilet roll what so ever in the accommodation. I’ve got ulcerative colitis so this wasn’t good on arrival after we had been travelling 2 hours to get there. No bin bag in the bin either so had to use a sandwich bag for our rubbish!

The property was filthy on arrival, hadn’t been cleaned from the stay prior. There was a bad smell from the windows as over guttering and opens to the back of neighbouring properties. The host was very difficult to get hold of to rectify. The property is under maintained, wallpaper pealing from the walls. Large Whole in the living room wall and dirty/stained carpets. Minimal appliances to cook with; not great for families and For the price I think this was unacceptable and definitely not a ‘luxury accommodation’

The TV wouldn't work contacted the maintenance man he rang said ring if there's a problem I did he didn't contact me again could not get the key out of the box you have to have no nails I rang the number left a message saying I couldn't get in no one ever contacted me they was a big hole in the wall below the TV holes in bedroom door toilet seat was falling off dangerous especially for my autistic 7 year old daughter for the price these things should have been fixed and the phone numbers have no point cos no one answers or gets back to you so I wouldn't book it again .
