Few holes in the walls and didn’t have any towels at the start. The door didn’t lock either

GBThe property had a hole in the wall and double bedroom door . There was cleaning stuff left out in the bedrooms . There was new year hats and random clothes / socks in the cupboards . There was no utensils in the property only cutlery . There was a smell of musk / mould in the bathroom.

GBGBGreat location. Right next to the harbour. Central to all pubs, arcades, restaurants etc. Nice and clean. Secure. Good heaters, nice shower. Partial sea view which was nice to see sun rise over in the morning. Would definitely use again.
I thought I hadnt received details of check in (booking.com app issue. It was not the hosts fault) Sorted through booking.com in the end. But I did text the contact number for advice when I was concerned but never received a reply
