No hot or warm shower, it was freezing! The room wasn’t really clean and full of bugs on the wall in the bathroom

Que el anfitrion no menciona que tiene una perra, no tengo nada en contra de los perros, pero pueden haver personas alergicas. Y el olor a perro estaba muy fuerte, las toallas muy viejas y feas.

un posto decisamente tranquillo! La stanza era pulita, ci hanno lasciato mettere l'auto nell'ingresso.

appena arrivate non avevamo un goccio d'acqua e non c'era neanche una bottiglietta. la stanza è lontana dal centro, così avremmo dovuto ridiscendere per andare a comprare l'acqua ma ancora non avevamo l'auto e una corsa in taxi costa dai 10 ai 15 dollari. così la prima sera siamo scese poi per cena a piedi lungo una strada completamente al buio e piena di cani che abbaiavano, non proprio piacevole! Il giorno dopo abbiamo affittato una macchina e risolto i nostri problemi, ma non dite che siete vicino al ferry perchè non è vero. Nella stanza ci sono troppi letti per essere la stanza che è. due letti a castello e uno matrimoniale, in una camera piccola, resta tutto occupato lo spazio. Non c'è che una sedia e un piccolo tavolo, niente altro, sembra un dormitorio. Il secondo giorno poi ci hanno detto che potevamo usare il frigo per l'acqua, per fortuna.

Ospitalità eccellente. Grazie ai consigli del gestore abbiamo affittato un auto e visitato molte delle più belle spiagge dell'isola. Gradito il caffè del mattino. Ottima la vista dal tetto della guest house. Se non siete automuniti la sistemazione è fuori mano, comunque a portata di lunga passeggiata. Dal porto trovate facilmente un taxi che vi porta a destinazione per 15$. Se siete abituati al lusso o siete maniaci dell'ordine, temo non vi troverete a vostro agio. Da notare che il pagamento del soggiorno è in contanti.

At first owner seems very nice. Not to far from the beach.

"Initially, the owner appeared very welcoming and friendly. After spending the day at the beach, we arrived late, intending only to sleep. We spoke briefly with the owner later that day, who inquired about our trip and departure time. Upon using the bathroom, we noticed stains and a lack of cleanliness. We took a bath and went to bed. With our checkout scheduled for 11:00 AM and a taxi arriving at 5:00 AM for our ferry, the owner abruptly entered our room, expressing concern that we might steal the towels. He complained about the bathroom's condition, though it was already unclean upon our arrival. Admittedly, we left some dirt, transferred from a towel, on the floor. The owner's subsequent behavior was extremely rude, marked by huffing and complaining. I have never experienced such treatment and was deeply disappointed."

The location is centric, and you get free and safe parking for your car or golf car. The hose to get clean after you come from the beach is nice. The dog is sweet and well trained.

The fact that this is one of the few affordable guesthouses around vieques should not be a reason for the place not to be clean and tight. There were broken pillows, and the shower curtain stinks. The fan was making a very loud sound all night long. The air conditioning is more like a refreshing thing. It does not get the room cool. Another issue that I see very often on the island is the towels. You are renting a place in VIEQUES PR, like people go there mostly to visit the beaches, why are all these places expecting not to have any sand inside and bath towels to be in perfect conditions. Not everyone that visit can come with beach towels. It is absurd. The place is nice and has potential.
