Rollin Ryan is a very helping person ! He was Nice with us and helped us a lot because we had a lot of problem with the ATM on the Island…

We loved how friendly and helpful the host was!! We felt just like home!!

The Queen bed did not have any foundation or board under it so it fell into the openings. There was also only 2 blankets leaving some of us cold during the night with only a sheet.

Great host with tips on how to best enjoy the island. Great communication and cared about our safety. Highly recommended for pet and nature lovers.

Rollin is a great host. He was flexible with our check in time, and gave us great information on how to make the most of our 24 hours in Vieques. He definitely takes pride in his facility and wants you to enjoy the island. Also, we highly recommend renting some form of transportation for getting around the island. We chose a golf cart but would choose a UTV next time. Would stay there again.

Only con was that there wasn't a mirror in the bathroom. And, it's a little more than steps from the ferry.

Rollin lives downstairs and is very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. Helped us find a vehicle to rent so we could get around. Nice place, easy conversation, nice view up high outside the bustling Isabelle II. It's a long walk from the ferry, and it's hard for me to imagine really enjoying the island without a vehicle to get around.

The owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the island and able to tell us the must-dos. There was a balcony off of the room which was also nice and a private toilet. It was very affordable for a large family.

Not as much of a dislike, more of just food for thought. The property is definitely still a work in progress. I didn’t realize I would be sleeping in an air mattress on the bottom of a bunk. It was slightly awkward that the owner lived downstairs and you had to walk through his personal living space to get to your room.
