The staff were very friendly.

The property is remote, not the easiest pathway to entry. Amenities were lack luster and overpriced.

The cabanas look exactly like the pictures, there’s plenty of space to chill in hammocks and the staff is very friendly! The bed was comfortable and the cabana has everything you need.

No criticism because it’s written but be mindful there is no electricity between 6am and 1 pm, which meant for us waking up at 6.30 because it became too hot in the cabana because the fan stopped working. (Also no smoothies for breakfast). Another thing to be mindful of is that it is located on quite the hill and its HOT so going in and out was a struggle. It was a bit pricey for what we got, next time i’d rather stay next to the beach (Grace’s spot seemed cool).

The property was very clean, with daily cleaning service provided. Despite it being far away from the east side of the island, where all the bars, restaurants and shops are, it was close to the area of Little corn where all the secluded beaches are.

The experience of the property was out-trumped by extremely terrible management and a payment dispute, as highlighted below. We had initially made a booking, which we then cancelled immediately and then made a new reservation for the same exact period that we had initially booked for. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager, informed that we had to pay the cancellation fee that the hotel’s credit card provider had charged as a result of the initial cancellation. Furthermore, we couldn’t check-in if we don’t pay. With that day involving a lot of travel and it being late we paid the fee. That night upon realising, that we shouldn’t have paid the cancellation fee, we asked to speak with the manager, however was informed that she would be back the next day. The next day, the manager was not available and an employee informed that she was of the island for the next week and therefore could only be contacted via booking.com chat service. We contacted her that day to ask for a refund, and she informed that it was policy to receive these payments. We were alarmed that a hotel would have such a policy and immediately contacted my credit card supplier AMEX about this, and they informed that this payment is illegal and that the manager should be disputing this directly with their credit card provider. We also contacted booking.com, and they informed that this is not policy. We messaged the manager to inform her of this and we did not receive any response from her for 3 days, despite repeatedly messaging. As a result, the night before we left we asked the employees about the dispute, for which they were not empowered to provide an update and had to get them to chase the manager. Finally the manager responded, and informed that we will get refunded. Disputing this fee, tainted our experience of Little Corn and this was all down to poor management.

Everything was fantastic. Nice room, nice bed, nice bathroom! Nice breakfast and lovely staff!! Barbara and Fred and Stephanie were all very friendly :)

Nothing!

Ideally situated about 15 minutes walk from the pangas and most shops and eateries. Due to its location on the side of a beautifully verdant hill you have a nice breeze both day and evening. Bungalows are comfortable including the beds. The owners and volunteers are exceptional and did a nice job of making suggestions and creating a welcoming environment. Many thanks to Stephanie for cooking the delicious meals offered at the on-site restaurant and bar. As most large hotels and corporate chains have scaled back room upkeep and housekeeping while a guest, it was a an unexpected and thoughtful touch to come back each day to see that someone refreshed the room.

Nothing at all to complain about. Just one suggestion: maybe a community tea kettle/warm water urn for much later in the evening should anyone want a cup prior to bed.

The service staff is fabulous and hotel is really clean. The room size is not big but worth of the price. It is located at mid hill of the island surrounded with all the mango and coconut tree. Only thing I dislike It is that 15-20 minutes walk from the town center where is boat dock is.
