Bathroom fixtures need repairs. Steam pipe that comes up through the floor next to tub could be a burn hazard.

Great location for food and accessing public transportation. Welcoming charm. Felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. Prospect Park is beautiful.

Everything was awesome but if I had to say one thing the bed pillows were too big and firm for my taste.

The property is great - large & light room, convenient location in a beautiful home on a beautiful street, easy parking. Very quiet at night, considering the location near very busy Flatbush Ave.
