Bill and Oates are very welcoming people, they will make sure you have everything you need. They are very nice and always available for a chat. As we stayed for more than three days, they were kind enough to do our laundry for us more than once and change our bed sheets every four days. The location was excellent: not too far away from Manhattan and very quiet at the same time. The house is a five minute walk to the closest subway station. It is also located in a very safe neighbourhood. The room was incredibly big for New York’s standards and my friend and I were very comfortable. We shared the bathroom with other people but it was never occupied when we needed it and it was always very clean. We could also use the kitchen any time of the day.
