The screen in the theatre was low so could not see the lower part of the screen. The glass shower screens in the rooms should be cleaned everyday

Service was marvelous

I reported the issue multiple times, but nothing was done. There’s no noise policy notice for guests, so people just make as much noise as they want. Other guests were extremely loud, and staff didn’t say anything to them. Very disappointing and frustrating stay.

Their food court is wonderful, the food is amazing and the staff are very polite and helpful. The aesthetics of the building's exterior is lovely for pictures.

The only reason the service improved towards my family and me, is because I complained about one of the receptionists. A very rude receptionist, who I am tempted to name but will respect his privacy, asked my daughter very accusingly and rudely what her room number and what name said room was booked under. This was after a very long, hot day for us, which we may have had one too many glasses of water at the foyer. However, we had seen many family come through the foyer, have as much water as they pleased and not get questioned. This was again an issue when my daughter was very unwell and lied down very politely on the couch in the foyer, and the lady who asked my daughter not to lie down looked very apologetic as though another person had told her to tell my daughter that it wasn't okay to lie down - again, we had seen many others do the exact same thing. If you look, or sound different, this hotel is not kind to foreigners. The cups that were in my daughter's room had been used as we were taking immune booster effervescents, so you could clearly see they were dirty. Those cups were not changed, however, they just piled up water bottles to the point were there were nine bottles on her table. On the other hand, my husband and I had no bottles in our room. And was there body wash in our shower but body lotion in my daughter's shower and on the sink? The restaurant, Gulmohar, had staff that did not care at all. Again, becoming very weary and all over us once we had made a complaint about the breakfast fruit being off. It was peak summer, so there should have been air conditioning in the breakfast area, especially for fruits. When you ask for tea, they forget and are just on their phones at the front when you walk in. Funny enough they don't ask for your room number at all because no one is paying attention. For a Radisson hotel, nothing about the cleanliness or the staff's behaviour show this. And be aware there is no direct road to the hotel.
