"Beautiful Hotel but frustrating stay"

It’s a beautiful property with lots of facilities but the one I

Lots of facilities but the one I needed wasn’t available, I required a car or taxi for the morning to reach the airport for a early flight, it wasn’t available and NO online taxi company services the area so it was very difficult. The staff couldn’t organise a ride and where offering. Rickshaw ride which I found very strange as this is a 5 star hotel and these basic needs should be provided. The taxi was provided in the end after me threatening to check out, but I ended up going to bed at 3am when I had to leave at 7am.

Beautiful hotel located in a remote location. Rooms were nice and clean.
