Location - staff not communicating with each other Had 3 calls about check out. No need. Already told them checking out at 11:30am that I’d before check out time.

Ease of location and well designed , plush rooms

Service level of staff , in room dining and at food court could have been better - food service could have been better

The room was spacious, thoroughly neat and clean. I liked the Breakfast spread. The property was overall very well managed

They should add more variety at the live counter during Breakfast. The coffee should be served in Coffee mug not in Tea glass cup (cutting chai type cup). Most importantly, since this property is far from the city centre. So more number of hotel cabs should be available especially when you are travelling late to hotel.

A bit remote if you need transport as Uber not yet available in some cities like Navsari.
