The buffet breakfast and dinner were superb. The menu choices for ala carte were also very good. The service in the dining room was wonderful as the team was very attentive. I did not get a chance to explore the outside property but from what I saw through the room window, it is beautiful.

The pool area

1. You can’t open the balcony door 2. They only cater for vegetarians which I feel is completely unfair because they need to cater for the non vegetarians as well 3. They rooms were not so clean 4. Half of the thing in the gaming area was broken 5. Honestly I think this place needs some serious improvement 6. Half of the things in the room were either not working or broken

Food was excellent but the service was slow and the systems operated by staff of all disciplines need sharpening up

The quality of the Reception Team. They were unable to resolve matters quickly and efficiently and any requests made were reacted to slowly and at times not at all which was just shocking
