The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly, courteous, excellent, and professional

It was difficult to control the humidity level. The walls and floors were wet due to humidity. There was a howling noise from the even when there was a small breeze. It was annoying.

"Palace for sure."

We stayed at Uday Palace Navsari from May6th to May13, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The hotel is excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, modern, and made for a very relaxing stay. Palace for sure. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Kunal, who was this specially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Navsari. We'll definitely return on our next trip!

"Property is nice but avoid road facing rooms"

Property is on highway, so lot of noise and it is difficult to sleep at night as windows are not sound proof
